Private pay mental health care gives you more freedom and flexibility than traditional insurance-based models. Without insurance approvals, billing hassles, or network restrictions, you get faster access to care, longer and more personalized appointments, and greater privacy. Your provider can focus fully on you, not paperwork. You set the pace of your treatment—often leading to better, longer-lasting results.

*Each additional family member receives a 10% discount on their monthly membership fee. 

Administrative tasks outside of standard clinical care—such as legal appearances, disability paperwork, and similar services—are billed at $125 per 15-minute increment. Patients will always be notified of any charges before services are provided. 

The Signature 100 Waitlist 

To maintain our high standard of care, Tier 1 memberships are strictly limited to 100 clients. If we have reached our membership cap, a $100 deposit will secure your spot on our exclusive waitlist. This deposit is fully applied toward your first month of membership. 

Attendance & Cancellation Policy 

• Your time is reserved exclusively for you. 

• Cancellations under 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee charged. 

• Cancellations 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of session fee charged. 

• Grace Period: Members receive one waived late cancellation fee per calendar year. 

We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance.
